London Manya Hibiscus Rosé our Limited Sparkling Palm Wine Rose made via the traditional method (Méthode Champenoise) commonly used in Champagne brewing.

We import premium raffia palm juice from Ibadan, Nigeria; add Moroccan Hibiscus and implement this traditional method in our West London Winery.
