This particular formulation carries a healthy amount of Squalane for a healthy injection of plant based emollient, giving the skin a wonderful glow. The cold pressed Coffee and Raspberry oils used delivers a wholesome dose of essential fatty acids to aid in moisture retention and rapid skin penetration.
SQUALANE (PLANT DERIVED)
Squalane oil is an emollient, a type of ingredient that works very much like the skin’s own oil (sebum) to prevent moisture loss. Because its molecular structure is so close to the skin’s own, squalane oil penetrates deep into the pores, providing superior hydration, whilst targeting your skin care concerns at a cellular level. It is lightweight enough for all skin types and isn't heavy or greasy on the skin.
COFFEE SEED OIL
Known to have similar effects on the skin as hyaluronic acid, coffee seed is absolutely jam-packed with antioxidants. It protects your skin from free radical damage and help fight ageing and at the same time promotes the production of elastin and collagen, increasing the flexibility and firmness of the skin.
RASPBERRY SEED OIL
Small but mighty, the cold-pressed raspberry seed used it packed with but not limited to vitamins A, C, and E; phytosterols; essential fatty acids like linoleic, alpha-linolenic, and oleic acids; and ellagitannins. Vitamin E and vitamin A, both provide antioxidant protection. These vitamins (along with the vitamin C found in this oil) help fight the effects of pollution on the skin. They neutralise free radicals keeping the skin hydrated, plump, and free from fine lines and wrinkles - an anti ageing powerhouse.
VITAMIN E OIL (1%)
is a naturally occurring antioxidant that protects your skin against free radicals (free radicals are molecules in the environment that damage your skin and weaken its elasticity and unfortunately cannot be avoided. They come from everyday things like pollution, cigarette smoke, chemicals, and the sun). Vitamin E is also a photo-protectant—something that, when used with sunscreen, is able to help prevent sun damage even better. Vitamin E is also a fat-soluble ingredient, meaning it’s able to penetrate deep into your skin and preserve the lipids (fats) in your face while soothing and healing your skin barrier.
