Deliveries

 

UK Delivery 

All of our orders are delivered via Royal mail. Our aim is to deliver your order between 3-5 working days after the order has been placed. Please allow up to 21 working days. (Royal mail is experiencing major delays due to Covid-19)

For all orders shipping is a flat rate of £3.90

 

Europe (outside the UK)

We deliver to all countries within the EU. Our aim is to deliver your order between 5-7 working days after the order has been placed. Please allow up to 21 working days. (Royal mail is experiencing major delays due to Covid-19)

For all orders shipping is a flat rate of £6.90

 

USA and Canada

We deliver to both USA and Canada. Our aim is to deliver your order between 10-15 working days after the order has been placed.  Please allow up to working 30 days. (Royal mail is experiencing major delays due to Covid-19)

For all orders under 500 grams shipping is a flat rate of £12.50

 

I contacted your customer service. When will I receive a response? 

Please allow 24-48 hours Monday- Friday to receive a response. 

 

Pre-orders

If you have placed a pre-order for one of our products your complete order will be dispatched on the date written next to the product's description. 

 

Can I return or exchange my items? 

No, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to the nature of our products and vendors, all sales are final. 

 

 

Defects, incomplete orders or incorrect delivery

We apologise in advance for any possible issues you have encountered with your purchase. If there is something wrong with your order please email us at blackInCarnaby@myrunwaygroup.com   with your order details, description of the issue and attach a photography of your item.
